Auburn CDJR is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping customers, and want to grow in the automotive industry, we’d like to hear from you.
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Receive, organize, and stock incoming parts orders
- Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure timely parts availability
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
