Duties
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to oversee activity and identify potential issues or breaches in real-time.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry.
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid.
- Assist law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, providing support and information during investigations or incidents.
- Manage loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and reporting concerns according to company protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts on a flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency responders.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while enforcing security policies.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
