Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, from property search to closing deals
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, property values, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure optimal terms for clients
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Manage real estate administrative tasks, including documentation, contracts, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Stay informed about industry trends, legal updates, and local market conditions to provide accurate guidance
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with managing real estate teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities
Experience
- Valid real estate license in accordance with state or regional requirements
- Proven experience practicing real estate, including property management and sales transactions
- Demonstrated success in deal closing and offer negotiations
- Familiarity with sales technology tools used for client management and marketing automation
- Strong organizational skills complemented by administrative experience in real estate settings
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices
- Experience managing or leading real estate teams is a plus but not mandatory
