Now Hiring: Experienced Dry Cleaning Production Manager
Location: Tide Cleaners – Mount Prospect, IL
Tide Cleaners is looking for an experienced Dry Cleaning Production Manager to lead our production team. We are seeking someone with strong knowledge of the dry cleaning industry who can manage daily operations and ensure the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines
- Perform professional spotting and stain removal
- Process, wash, and finish laundry and dress shirts
- Sort and separate garments for proper cleaning
- Inspect garments for quality before finishing
- Rack completed garments accurately
- Supervise and manage a team of 4–6 pressers
- Coordinate daily production with the Store Manager and Front-of-House Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Train and oversee production staff while maintaining Tide Cleaners' quality standards
Requirements
- Previous dry cleaning production experience is preferred
- Must know how to operate dry cleaning machines
- Experience with spotting, stain removal, and garment care
- Knowledge of shirt laundry and finishing
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
