We are looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Team Members to join our frozen yogurt shop!
As a Team Member, you will be the face of our shop—welcoming guests, maintaining a spotless environment, and ensuring our yogurt and topping bars are always fresh and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Welcome every guest with a warm smile, answer questions about flavor options, and guide first-time visitors through our self-serve or full-serve process.
Cash Handling & POS: Operate the cash register, accurately process cash and card payments, and handle loyalty program sign-ups.
Food Prep & Presentation: Prep fresh fruits, crush toppings, and restock the topping bar throughout the day. Ensure yogurt machines are kept filled and running smoothly.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a sparkling clean shop. Tasks include wiping down tables, cleaning the yogurt machines, sanitizing food prep areas, sweeping/mopping floors, and emptying trash.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of cups, spoons, toppings, and yogurt base, notifying management when supplies run low.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines, food handling protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right personality!
Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale (POS) cash register system.
Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–40 lbs (e.g., yogurt boxes or heavy topping boxes).
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings (peak yogurt hours!).
