Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on roofing leads
- Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claim processes
- Prepare estimates and sales proposals
- Build strong customer relationships throughout the project
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth job completion
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or home improvement is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
