Crestwood East, part of SilverCrest Living, is a 20-bed residential assisted living home in Battle Creek. We provide personal, dignified care in a small home setting, including residents with behavioral health needs. Our standard is simple: Care. Dignity. Home.
What you'll do
- Provide hands-on personal care: bathing, toileting, transfers, grooming, and dressing.
- Pass medications and complete required resident monitoring, including oxygen and vital-sign checks, and document them every shift.
- Assist with meals, activities, and daily routines.
- Follow each resident's care plan and complete all assigned duties before the end of your shift.
- Communicate clearly with the house manager and your team.
What we're looking for (the non-negotiables)
- Dependable. You show up on time, every shift.
- You follow through on tasks without being chased.
- You treat residents with patience and respect, especially on hard days.
- Reliable transportation to Battle Creek.
- Able to pass a background check and TB / health screening.
- 18 or older.
Preferred, not required
No prior experience necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
