We’re building a new coffee house team in the Ohio State University area, and we’re looking for energetic, dependable, and friendly Baristas who are ready to create a great experience for every guest who walks through the door.
Already have coffee experience? Great.
Never worked in a coffee house before? That’s okay too.
If you’re dependable, willing to learn, enjoy working with people, and can bring positive energy to a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service
- Learn beverage recipes and quality standards
- Take orders and operate the register
- Keep the café clean, organized, stocked, and ready for business
- Work closely with your teammates during busy periods
- Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
- Restock products and supplies throughout your shift
- Help create an environment guests want to come back to
