About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in the Clermont / Central Florida area.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining a route of 90–100 residential pools per week, ensuring each customer’s pool is clean, safe, and ready to enjoy.

What You’ll Do
- Service and clean 18–20 pools per day (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets).
- Test and balance pool chemicals (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer).
- Inspect and maintain basic pool equipment (pumps, filters, timers).
- Communicate with customers about service or issues (politely and clearly).
- Log work details in a mobile app (we’ll train you).
- Keep vehicle and tools organized and safe.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
✅ Reliable and punctual — this job runs on a route schedule
✅ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
✅ Detail-oriented and careful with chemicals
✅ Good attitude and communication — respectful with customers and coworkers
✅ Pool service experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays if needed)
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate or route-based pay (based on experience)
