Position: Arcade Attendant
- Location: Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas , Planet Hollywood & Area 15
- Pay: Starting at $12.50-13.50 /hour + Tips
- Responsibilities: Assisting customers with the claw machines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Also doing machine audits and inventory control

**Outline of Duties:**
- **Customer Satisfaction:** Greet guests with a smile, both in person and over the phone. Be ready to answer questio-ns, address concerns, and provide a professional and friendly interaction. Actively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure safety and guideline adherence. Foster excellent communication among co-workers for exceptional guest experiences.
- **Cashiering:** Process payments for tokens using cash, credit cards, or gift cards. Conduct end-of-shift register closeout.
- **Housekeeping:** Keep the establishment clean by utilizing provided tools for tasks such as floor mopping, trash removal, and dusting of machinery and fixtures. Adhere to sanitation guidelines.
- **Inventory:** Maintain fully stocked displays and machines. Understand the organization of the inventory room and uphold log maintenance.
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic math ability required, cashiering experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of computers and manual dexterity.
- Highly reliable with the ability to adhere to a schedule.
- Prior arcade or customer service experience is a plus.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Bilingual A PLUS " Spanish"
**Requirements:**
- Physical ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift 15 – 50 lbs, potentially handling inventory cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a fun personality and proficiency in English communication.
- Physical and mental ability to follow directions and guidelines.
- Attention to detail with keen observation skills.
