The primary responsibility of the Customer Service position is to provide superior customer service to all passengers and generating sales ensuring customer needs. Your role is to create a first-class experience for all of our passengers and build repeat customers through excellent service and promotions.
Responsibilities & Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

Answer incoming telephone calls from the general public and provide information

Generate sales and offer outstanding services

Sell and issue boarding tickets to passengers

Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information

Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflict

Read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays

Other tasks assigned by the Terminal Supervisor

Baggage duties as needed
