White Plains Development Enterprise is expanding and seeking a full-time Verizon Team Member to bring Verizon Fios to our customers who deserve better. In this customer support role, the Verizon Team Member works in person with our customers, addressing their concerns and presenting Verizon Fios as the upgrade they need. Through customer support interactions, you’ll help White Plains connect like never before.
As a Verizon Team Member introducing our customers to the advantages of Verizon, you'll find that our customer support and product training is designed to make the complex simple and the simple compelling. We break down the technical aspects of Fios, so our Verizon Team Members can focus on what really matters: helping our customers experience seamless connectivity.
Core Functions of the Verizon Team Member
- Spark interest in Verizon Fios by helping our customers in person explore how fiber-powered internet and TV services can enhance their daily connectivity experience.
- Evaluate customers’ internet and entertainment habits to uncover opportunities for meaningful Verizon Fios enrollment recommendations.
- Translate customer challenges into tailored Verizon Fios solutions that support streaming, remote work, gaming, and connected living.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships that encourage trust, engagement, and long-term enrollment success.
- Showcase current Verizon Fios offerings, promotions, and service advantages in a compelling and customer-focused manner.
- Guide customers through service selections while ensuring confidence and clarity throughout the enrollment process.
