This position is a great opportunity for a newer Dr who wants to grow as a dentist. This is a Dr owned office in Gilbert. I am training ambitious dentists to become complete dentists. We are experienced in helping young dentist grow. You will be trained to do the following:
Molar RCT
Implant Placement and restoration
Aligner orthodontics
Surgical Partial boney extractions
Bone grafting
High level diagnosis/ Treatment plannning
Increased case acceptance
Occlusion
Laser
Personal Finance
and More
This training will consist of one-on-one mentorship by experienced Dr and high-quality hands on and online CE, which will all be paid for by the office, regular group meetings and other provided training a literature.
Your schedule will consist of 3 days a week and 12 hour days
Payment will consist of a guarantee of $900 per 12 hour day or a production-based pay on a sliding scale from 28% to 32% of adjusted production.
This position will require significant time and commitment so a 2-year commitment is required, but it can hopefully transition into an ownership position in the practice.
If you want to do more then bread and butter dentistry all day and want to learn to be a well-rounded dentist this is the position for you. It will require you pushing yourself, but it is an opportunity to improve your career. New grads are welcome to apply.
