Nurse (RN/LPN) – Family Practice
Koch Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our busy independent family practice. Monday-Friday Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Triage patient phone calls and messages
- Administer injections, immunizations, and medications
- Process prescription refill requests
- Review and communicate test results as directed by providers
- Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations
- Provide patient education and support
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Assist providers with patient care and daily clinical operations
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Family practice or primary care experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- EMR experience
