Automotive Service Advisor
Stop In Auto Repair is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Listen to customers' concerns and understand their vehicle needs.
- Communicate repair recommendations and explain services clearly to customers.
- Prepare estimates and repair orders.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent follow-up.
- Help increase shop sales through professional recommendations and excellent customer service.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are diagnosed and completed properly.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Requirements:
- Strong automotive knowledge and repair experience.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
- Ability to explain automotive repairs clearly to customers.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced repair shop.
- Must be willing to pass a drug screening and background check.
