Greenhouse Technician – Cultivation

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily greenhouse cultivation tasks
- Plant care including pruning, trellising, transplanting, and harvesting
- Irrigation monitoring and basic nutrient management
- Maintaining clean and organized cultivation spaces
- Assisting with drying and post-harvest processing
- Following strict regulatory and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment
Preferred
- Experience in agriculture, horticulture, gardening
- Greenhouse or farm experience
- Mechanical or irrigation knowledge
Compensation
$18 – $25/hour depending on experience
Full-time positions available
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
