About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is skilled, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys working with older adults. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, one-on-one outpatient therapy in an Independent Living community - without the rushed, high-pressure atmosphere found in many traditional settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative OT services based on physician orders, working closely with our interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and families on techniques to support independence and safety at home.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation using our streamlined systems.
- Contribute to community wellness by participating in group programs or educational events as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active state OT license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort with technology and EMR documentation
- A genuine passion for working with the senior population
