Responsible for maintaining the grounds, mouth of the lake and common areas of the hotel to ensure a clean, safe and positive "curb appeal". Waters lawns, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Trims shrubs, plants and small trees , mow, plant flowers and weed flower beds. Overall maintenance of property.
Maintenance of the building and snow removal.
Snow removal of sidewalks and plowing parking lot.
Pool maintenance
Day Shift and Night Shift depending on operational needs.
Assist in other types of service, within limits, such as: replace light bulbs for outside lighting and indoor trash removal, porter duties. .Remove snow and ice from sidewalks. Window cleaning. Service maintenance requests for hotel and conference center. Inside and outside maintenance.PM of guest rooms and conference center. Direct report to the Operations Manager.
