Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. (RSS), a not-for-profit mental health agency, is hiring a Senior Residence Counselors to work in our OMH community residence for female adolescents, age 12-18 in Goshen, NY with a caseload of 2-4 youth.

Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week that includes at least one weekend shift.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree In Human Services Preferred, OR Associates degree in Human Services with at least two years of experience working with youth.
Active/valid NYS driver's license
Successful completion of the Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register Database Check
Must work well in a positive, strength focused, high energy and rapidly changing environment.
Must be flexible and a team player.
Good writing skills are necessary for this position.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overall care and supervision of residents; maintaining a caseload of 2-4 youth, daily notes related to progress, service plans, collateral contacts, goals; transportation.
