We’re seeking a Chief Engineer to lead all maintenance and engineering operations at one of our newly renovated hotels. This role is critical to delivering a safe, seamless, and exceptional experience for both guests and team members. From behind-the-scenes systems to visible guest spaces, you’ll be the expert ensuring everything works as it should—every day.

Lead and oversee all hotel maintenance and engineering operations
Ensure the reliable operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and building systems
Conduct routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs
Respond promptly and effectively to work orders and emergency situations
Plan, coordinate, and execute repairs and capital improvement projects
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team with clear expectations and accountability
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and equipment maintenance

Proven experience in maintenance or facilities leadership, preferably in hospitality or commercial properties
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and life safety equipment
A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments
Ability to manage projects independently and lead a team with confidence
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and compliance
Flexibility to be on-call for emergencies when needed

- - Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
- - A minimum of two years in a leadership role, with direct oversight of at least two team members.
- - Proven leadership and team management skills.
- - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- - Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
