Our client is looking for fun and energetic Co-Lead Teachers to join their premier preschool in Middleton, MA. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with students 6 weeks to 5 years old; as well as be comfortable diapering and toilet training.
- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Full-Time; Monday - Friday; year-round employment
Salary
- $19.00 - $24.00 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan, create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Maintain educational portfolios for each child
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma
- Required: Experience working with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old in some capacity (babysitting and nannying okay!)
- Preferred: Massachusetts EEC Certification, Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification, or a completed degree in Early Childhood Education or a related degree
- Preferred: At least 1-year of experience working with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
