About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of advanced machinery and tooling. You will utilize your expertise in wiring, circuit analysis, and system troubleshooting to ensure our assembly operations run at peak efficiency and precision.
Responsibilities-
Construct and wire complex electronic hardware, including prototypes and critical assembly tooling.

Diagnose and resolve issues within electrical systems, devices, and printed circuit boards to minimize downtime.

Execute technical test procedures and document results through schematics and data reports to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and process standards.

Maintain a high-standard, safe workspace by adhering to rigorous housekeeping and electrical safety protocols.

Manage inventory levels for essential components and supplies to support ongoing build projects.

Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of experience in electrical system assembly, testing, and component-level troubleshooting.

Proficiency in reading complex schematics, assembly drawings, and technical specifications.

Hands-on experience with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.

Strong understanding of ESD practices and electronic assembly industry standards.

Active IPC J-STD-001 soldering certification.

IPC-A-610 electronic assembly acceptability certification.

Experience with SMT assembly equipment and FPGA electronics.
