About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at Amber Court of Elizabeth. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provides personal restorative nursing care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and supportive environment
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Creates a customer-friendly environment, ensuring the highest level of quality care and satisfaction
- Assists with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Certified Hime Health Aide with a valid certification
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our organization
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including per diem shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
