Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Support Technician who takes pride in organization, problem-solving, and maintaining operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, inventory systems, logistics, and facility operations.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Support Technician is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring equipment readiness, managing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting the preparation of materials for deployment to projects nationwide.
This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
- Organize equipment, supplies, and inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Perform routine facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Assist with warehouse improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Equipment Management
- Inspect, test, reset, and prepare equipment for deployment.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and technology issues.
- Track equipment status and ensure all assets are operational and deployment-ready.
- Assist with preventative maintenance of warehouse equipment and technology assets.
Shipping & Receiving
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips.
- Package and prepare outbound shipments.
- Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors.
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct inventory counts and audits.
- Track equipment movement and asset assignments.
- Assist in inventory forecasting and supply replenishment.
Travel & Field Support
- Travel periodically to remote project sites to assist with equipment deployment, site setup, breakdown, and logistics support.
- May be required to operate company vehicles, including 26-foot box trucks, to transport equipment and materials to and from project locations.
General Support
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Assist operations staff with equipment staging and deployment preparation.
- Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as needed.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or facilities experience.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Experience with shipping carriers and freight logistics.
- Basic technical troubleshooting experience with computers, networking equipment, or electronics.
- Experience using inventory management systems.
- Experience driving larger commercial vehicles, including box trucks up to 26 feet in length, or willingness to obtain the necessary training and certifications required by company policy.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of equipment and materials.
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the workday.
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
