The new U.S. Stone Industries Customer Account Specialist / Project Manager will be joining one of the best sales team in the natural stone industry. Responsible for aiding in the long-term success of our customers, company, and growth this individual takes the lead in ensuring project success. The Customer Account Specialist supports the Regional/national sales manager and Customer Account Manager by managing day-to-day customer needs, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing exceptional service through the project lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in maintaining client satisfaction, tracking project details, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams. This position offers excellent career growth opportunities, with a clear path to advancement into a Custom Account Manager role. The salary range for that position is $70,000–$80,000.
Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for customer account inquiries and support
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely production & delivery
- Communicate proactively with clients about order updates, delays, or changes
- Resolve issues such as damaged materials, freighting, or scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with logistics and accounting departments to meet customer needs
- communicate order status & product availability to customers
- support account managers or regional sales manager with administrative tasks & follow-up
- Build & maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, & masons
Qualifications
- A preferred minimum 1-3 year experience in project management and or estimating. However we will happily train the right candidate!
- Must be pleasant, engaging, outgoing, and professional
- Well-versed in Microsoft Business Suite
- Must have a history of longevity in previous workplace(s).
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to generate results quickly & efficiently
- Skilled with prioritizing & time management
- Must have a strong work ethic. Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Must work well in a team environment

- Yes - after probationary and training period in one of our office locations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
