We are hiring a dependable part-time janitor and office cleaner for a small, stable commercial cleaning schedule at one consistent location in Paonia. This role is intentionally designed to provide reliable supplemental income without interfering with your primary job, retirement, or family schedule.

Pay
$19–$22 per hour based on experience

Wednesday evening cleaning starting at 4:30 PM
Sunday morning cleaning starting at 9:00 AM
2–6 total hours per week
Consistent, predictable weekly schedule
Hours are stable and designed to remain a small side job
Responsibilities
Commercial cleaning and custodial duties include:
Trash removal and liner replacement
Dusting and disinfecting office surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
Glass and entry door cleaning
Addressing messes as needed
Securing the building after cleaning
Requirements
Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Able to lift, bend, and stay active during shifts
Dependable and punctual
Must pass background check and fingerprinting
