Overview
Són is seeking professional and dependable Servers to join our opening team. This role is essential to delivering attentive, efficient, and friendly service during brunch and dinner. The Server ensures guests have a seamless dining experience from start to finish while supporting smooth restaurant operations.
This is an opportunity to grow within a professional, high-energy restaurant team from day one.
- Pay: $5-6 per hour, plus tips
- Schedule: AM and PM shifts available. Weekend and holiday availability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and make recommendations
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old

Són is a new restaurant at The Weekender Hotel in San Juan, serving brunch and dinner to both hotel guests and the local community. We are building a dynamic, high-standards team focused on delivering exceptional hospitality.
Benefits
We offer $150 in reimbursement for health insurance and $35 in reimbursement for wellness expenses (such as gym memberships, yoga classes, etc.).
Pay: $5.00 - $6.00 per hour
