What You'll Do
- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily jobsite operations.
- Support project scheduling and progress tracking.
- Monitor jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.
- Participate in inspections with building officials.
- Coordinate deliveries and material staging.
- Maintain project documentation, as-built drawings, and surveys.
- Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Help ensure projects remain on schedule while meeting quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of commercial construction field experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using an iPad, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel daily to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Completion of a construction trade school program.
- Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, EarthCam, or similar construction software.
