Ideal applicant would have experience doing a variety of maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties, prompt response time to emergency request, a team attitude, and have a keen eye for fine details.

-Drywall Wall Repair and Interior Painting
-Mounting and Hanging Artwork, Mirrors, TVs, etc.
-Light/Electrical Fixture Repair and Installation
-Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair
-Window and Door Repair
-Basic Carpentry
-Furniture Assembly
-Interior Caulking
-Weatherproofing
-Smart Home Device Installation
-Toilet, Sink, Drain Repairs, Leaks and Clogs
-Install or Fix Garbage Disposals
-Install or Replace Plumbing Fixtures, Toilets, Vanity
This position starts at $22-$27 depending on experience.
Schedule is 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekend emergency line duties.

Wilson Real Estate is a property management company that performs tasks requested by the property owners and tenants on their dwellings. Task can range from routine maintenance to holistic house remodel . This position will also be responsible responding to a rotating emergency phone line.
