What You'll Do:

Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality

Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations

Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency
-
Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems

Cooperate with other departments to continually improve processes and information flow

For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify the truck is properly loaded with all required materials

Document work performed in accordance with company procedures

Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge

Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date

Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards

Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
What You Need:
-
Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
-
Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment

Must pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review

Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks

Ability to work synergistically with crew partners, as well as independently and accurately

Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
