Overview
Top Blue Line Service Inc. is a provider of maintenance and repair services for fleet vehicles, specializing in long-haul semi-trucks (Volvo and Freightliners Casadia).
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Body and Paint Technician with hands-on experience in semi-truck bodywork. The ideal candidate will be experienced in repairing vehicle bodies, restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, and delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working with a variety of tools and equipment to complete structural repairs, panel replacement, dent removal, sanding, priming, and refinishing.
Duties
- Perform body repairs on semi-truck cabs, hoods, bumpers, fenders, and fairings
- Reshape and restore metal, fiberglass, and plastic parts after damage or wear
- Apply, smooth, and contour body filler (bondo) to damaged surfaces
- Mask, prime, and paint repaired areas using spray equipment
- Blend and color match paint to ensure a consistent finish
- Light dent repair and minor panel reshaping
Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years old or above and eligible to work in the United States.
- 1+ years of experience in automotive or heavy truck body and paint repair
- Ability to accurately assess vehicle body damage and develop effective repair plans to achieve optimal results.
- Familiarity with truck body construction and materials (aluminum, fiberglass, steel)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, durable repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs at once
- Ability to lift heavy parts and tools (50 lbs or more).
- Bilingual language (Russian/Ukrainian) skills a plus
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
