Key Responsibilities:
· Production duties such as manual lifting, bottling, packaging, taping, labeling, and stacking raw materials and finished goods.
· Execute and document quality inspections per SOP.
· Report defective materials, process, equipment or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
· Ensure work area and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
· Follow prescribed safety and housekeeping regulations.
· Fork lift operation.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
· High School diploma or GED from an accredited learning institution, or equivalent work experience
Experience:
· 0-1 year prior related experience
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
· Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
· Read, analyze and interpret written instruction
· Maintain production pace and standards
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
· Basic knowledge of computer skills
· Certified or become certified in operation of forklift
· Ability to lift up to 45 pounds with reasonable accommodation
· Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other time essential constraints
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization
· Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $15.50
