Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and current offers
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or technical sales
- Basic retail math skills and ability to perform simple calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with wireless sales and POS systems is a plus
