Sloan's Sales & Service is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service and sales support for parts, accessories, maintenance products, and specialty merchandise. This position assists customers with parts identification, product selection, special orders, and parts department services while helping maintain an organized, professional, and customer-focused parts department.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, learning technical products, solving problems, and supporting a fast-paced dealership environment. Previous parts experience is preferred but not required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
· Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts, accessories, maintenance products, and specialty merchandise.
· Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
· Research and identify replacement parts using manufacturer catalogs, electronic parts lookup systems, and dealership software.
· Process parts sales, special orders, customer invoices, and related transactions accurately.
· Recommend related products, accessories, and maintenance items to support customer needs and improve equipment performance.
· Support specialty product lines, arborist supplies, parts, accessories, and maintenance products offered by the dealership.
· Receive customer service items, create service tickets, and communicate service recommendations when appropriate.
· Assist with inventory organization, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean and professional parts department.
· Work closely with other dealership departments to support customer satisfaction and overall business operations.

Schedule & Availability
Full-Time Opportunities
· Full-time positions are generally scheduled based on dealership operating hours and business needs.
· Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job requirements.
· Full-time employees are expected to work Saturdays as part of their regular work schedule.
· Overtime, extended hours, or schedule adjustments may be required during peak business periods and other operational needs.
Part-Time Opportunities
· Part-time positions may be available based on business needs and staffing requirements.
· Scheduled work hours and availability requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
