Full time 4/10s with a 3 day weekend
We manufacture cultured marble here in Lindon, Utah and we are looking for some individuals who can help us out.
No experience needed. Just need a good attitude and be willing to learn.
There are a lot of hats to wear and a variety of jobs to do:
- Prep Work: laying out shower panels to be made for the day’s production.
- Production Work: Mixing and Pouring cultured marble-all the steps to transform the product from raw materials to finished product.
- Detailing: Buffing, sanding and making sure the finished product looks great.
- Clean-up Work: Cleaning up the workspace and equipment so it's all ready for the next day.
This is an entry-level position where we will teach and coach you in all aspects of our production process. No experience? No problem. All we require are the following:
- Hard working
- Accountable
- Punctual
- Someone who sees the work and doesn’t need to be directed in every step
- Able to be on their feet most of the day
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Should not be afraid of getting dirty. This is a dusty and dirty job.
If you have these basic skills, we can teach you everything needed to be a functional member of our team.
We start early so this is great for morning people.
Full time schedule is from 5:30am to 4pm. Monday to Thursday. Get a 3 day weekend.
Hiring preference will be given to applicants looking for long term employment wanting to stay at least 3 to 4 months and longer.
