Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to provide high-quality care during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric and dementia, demonstrating compassion and attention to detail. As an Overnight CRMA, you will ensure residents' safety, administer medications, and assist with personal care in accordance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Duties
- Administer prescribed medications accurately while adhering to all safety protocols and documentation requirements.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs and observe for any changes in health status during overnight shifts.
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support as needed.
- Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect resident confidentiality.
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs or emergencies, including providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Support residents experiencing dementia or memory care challenges through compassionate engagement and tailored assistance.
- Follow all state healthcare regulations.

Pay: $24.03 - $26.00 per hour
