Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist/Receptionist to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to manage online sales channels while providing outstanding front desk support. Duties
- Greet Customers and manage front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Answer and direct multi-line phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Manage and approve product drafts before publishing to the website.
- Create and update homepage banners, promotional graphics, and collection images.
- Upload and maintain product pricing files and bulk product updates.
- Add new products, including descriptions, specifications, images, and categorization.
- Monitor website content for accuracy, consistency, and overall presentation.
- Update product inventory and availability as needed.
- Create and manage sale events, discount codes, and promotional campaigns.
- Organize collections and navigation menus to improve customer experience.
- Assist with product data cleanup and ongoing website maintenance.
- Coordinate brand content updates, including manufacturer images and product information.
- Review website listings for errors, missing information, or formatting issues.
- Help optimize product pages for search visibility and conversions.
- Assist with customer service tasks related to online orders, products, and website inquiries when needed.
- Work with management to implement new products, promotions, and website improvements.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
