Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, ongoing training & development initiatives, and performance evaluations.
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping tasks, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise inventory management including stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and shrink reduction efforts.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote store offerings and special events while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Handle operational management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling shifts, supervising cashiering activities, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety compliance.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team leadership and store operations.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams through effective communication skills and motivational leadership.
- Strong background in retail math including sales analysis, inventory control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting performance reviews.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, and inventory management tools.
- Prior experience in restaurant management and the hospitality industry is highly valued

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
