General Responsibilities Include:

Fulfilling service requests in a timely and professional manner

Apartment punch work

Maintaining grounds and curb appeal

General plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

Drywall repair

Grounds maintenance
Key Responsibilities:

Minimize property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
-
Train, direct, supervise, and motivate maintenance staff
-
Ensure the property provides safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing
-
Represent Pedcor Homes Corporation professionally in interactions with coworkers, residents, and the public
Schedule & Availability:

Ability to work Monday–Friday
-
Weekend availability is required
-
On-call rotation is required
-
Must be available to work some holidays as needed
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the apartment industry
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
-
HVAC and CPO certification required
