- Base Salary: $40k-42k annually
- Compensation: $85k – $100k+ annually (Average Commissions)
- Top Producers: $150k+ annually
Remote Sales Role — High Activity, High Earnings Potential
*Active resident license in Property & Casualty insurance is required for this role*
We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and achieving strong sales results in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
In this role, you’ll focus primarily on high-volume inbound calls and outbound dialing to generate conversations, while also handling follow-up and warm opportunities to convert business. You’ll be supported with structure, coaching, and clear expectations to help you succeed.
This is a great fit for someone who is both people-oriented and results-driven, and who wants the ability to grow their income based on performance.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)
- No weekends

What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell P&C insurance (auto & home)
- Receive inbound calls daily from a variety of lead sources
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective customers
- Convert conversations into quotes and closed policies
- Meet daily and weekly outbound activity and sales targets
- Maintain CRM activity and pipeline organization
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- 2+ years of sales insurance experience
- Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
- Willingness to follow a structured sales process
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
