The Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This dual-branded Hilton property features 350+ guestrooms in the heart of downtown Chicago and serves a diverse mix of corporate, group, leisure, and extended-stay travelers.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who is passionate about hospitality, relationship building, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new corporate, group, and local business opportunities

Maintain and grow existing accounts through relationship management and outside sales calls

Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals across all market segments

Conduct site tours, client meetings, and networking events

Partner closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to maximize hotel performance

Manage RFPs, contracts, and account production reporting

Utilize Hilton systems including Delphi, GRO, and Hilton sales platforms

Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the downtown Chicago market

Assist with weekend citywide and high-demand strategy opportunities
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Previous hotel sales experience preferred, ideally within Hilton or branded hospitality

Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

Experience with corporate, group, and BT account management

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Knowledge of the Chicago market is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
