CONCRETE CRUSHER OPERATOR /LEADMAN
CWR is a growing road construction company. We are seeking to fill a highly skilled Concrete Crusher Operator position for our local operations.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and oversight of concrete crushing operations on road construction projects
- Perform advanced operation and maintenance of Eagle Crusher units, including screen changes, impact bar rotation and replacement, wear-part replacement, and oversight of housekeeping and safety around crushing operations
- Monitor material flow, gradation, and production rates to meet project requirements
- Perform daily equipment inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance
- Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel
- Maintain crusher setup and adjustments for optimal performance
- Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete all required paperwork efficiently
- Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver’s license
- Employer conducts drug testing and background check
