- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient site operations.
