We're looking for an experienced production baker to join our Cookies, Cakes, Bars & Sweet Breads team. If you're passionate about scratch baking, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in consistency and quality, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Produce a variety of cookies, bars, cakes, sweet breads, muffins, scones, and seasonal desserts.
- Follow recipes and production schedules with accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare batters, doughs, frostings, fillings, and glazes.
- Decorate cakes and desserts to Bread Chic standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Commercial bakery or pastry experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
A current Food Handler Safety Card is required as a condition of employment.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
