Homeside Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home care opportunities in Newburgh, NY 12550.

Provide skilled speech-language therapy in the patient’s home
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide treatment based on the patient’s speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Communicate with patients, caregivers, office staff, and other members of the clinical team
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation for home visits
Home health, outpatient, or SNF experience preferred
