Compensation
$53.00–$62.00 per hour
Compensation is based on clinical experience, specialized expertise, and payer credentialing. Clinicians with more experience may qualify for higher compensation within the range. Those who are actively credentialed with TRICARE may be eligible for compensation at the upper end of the pay scale.
Bonus opportunities are available to support increased compensation.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy to children ages 3 and older.
- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health services using a holistic approach.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches such as Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, and other clinically appropriate interventions.
- Support clients in developing emotional regulation, coping skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Maintain timely treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
- Participate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.
- Serve as a clinical resource within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Counseling Manager.
Qualifications
Required
- Active Colorado license as one of the following:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, family-centered care.
- Ability to maintain timely documentation and uphold professional standards.
