Assembly Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$13.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
-
Assemble small components and cable assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the Assembly, Heavy Duty, or Controls Tooling departments.
-
Operate presses and other light-duty production equipment while following quality and safety standards.

Inspect parts for quality assurance and make accurate decisions to accept or reject products based on specifications.
Assembly Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate using simple sentences and instructions.
-
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to work with money, weights, measurements, and distances.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.

Ability to use common sense problem-solving skills and make decisions in standardized production situations involving quality and inspection processes.

Previous assembly experience required
