The 3rd Assistant Taquería Manager supports the Taquería Manager and Assistant Taquería Manager in planning, directing, and managing the operations of the Taquería and La Isla departments. This role helps the team to maintain high-quality, fresh, and authentic food while ensuring customer service excellence, compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and effective merchandising.
Leadership & Supervision: Act as a role model for employees, delegate tasks effectively, enforce company rules, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Operations: Assist with ordering, reviewing invoices, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of sales and transfers.
Product Quality: Ensure food consistency, freshness, appearance, and variety. Maintain a presentable lineup throughout the day.
