ResponsibilitiesWaxing Services
- Perform facial and full-body waxing services
- Provide Brazilian waxing using proper sanitation and comfort techniques
- Educate clients on pre- and post-care
- Recommend appropriate retail products to support results
Brow Services
- Brow shaping
- Brow waxing
- Brow tweezing
- Brow tinting
- Brow lamination
- Brow consultations and customized shaping
Natural Lash Services
- Lash lifts
- Lash tinting
- Lash lift and tint combinations
- Client education on aftercare and maintenance
Client Experience
- Greet clients professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct thorough consultations before every service
- Maintain detailed client records
- Recommend future services and rebook appointments
- Educate clients on home care and retail products
Salon Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room at all times
- Follow all Kentucky Board of Cosmetology sanitation requirements
- Complete opening, between-client, and closing cleaning procedures
- Keep supplies stocked and organized
- Assist with salon cleanliness and teamwork throughout the day
Team Expectations
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing education
- Support fellow team members when needed
- Represent the Hot Pink Nails & Esthetics brand with professionalism both in person and online
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky Esthetician License
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection control
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to continue learning and developing new skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing Brazilian waxing
- Experience with brow lamination and tinting
- Experience with lash lifts and tinting
- Previous spa or salon experience
- Retail sales experience
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive hand movements
- Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
