We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding our market presence in the used car sales industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both technical sales and marketing, with the ability to analyze market trends, manage marketing aggregates like CarGurus, Carfax, KSL, Autotrader, and Facebook and other social media and manage sales volume.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of sales activities and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in used car sales with an independent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $67,022.00 - $81,000.00 per year
